Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or cubed
  • 1 box 6 oz stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Optional: 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables or green beans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Make stuffing: Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions. Set aside.
  • Mix filling: In a large bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and chicken. Fold in optional veggies if using.
  • Assemble: Spread chicken mixture evenly in the baking dish. Top with prepared stuffing. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.
  • Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Pair with a green salad or cranberry sauce for a balanced meal.
