- 3 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or cubed
- 1 box 6 oz stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- Optional: 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables or green beans
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Make stuffing: Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions. Set aside.
Mix filling: In a large bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and chicken. Fold in optional veggies if using.
Assemble: Spread chicken mixture evenly in the baking dish. Top with prepared stuffing. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
