- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets steamed or blanched
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, broccoli, soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of cheese.
Assemble: Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Optional topping: Add crushed crackers or breadcrumbs over the cheese.
Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
