- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package 9 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
Season diced chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
