Preparation

  • Wash green beans under cool running water.
  • Trim the ends using a sharp knife.
  • Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer beans to an ice bath to cool.
  • Drain and dry the beans on a towel.

Cooking

  • Add the blanched green beans and stir frequently, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
