Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Marinade

  • 1 pound Chicken breast or thighs Choose either chicken breast or thighs.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle chili powder or adobo sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.

For the Chipotle Ranch Sauce

  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce Chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

For Assembly

  • 4 large Tortillas Flour or corn, as preferred.
  • 1 cup Fresh tomatoes Diced.
  • 1 small Red onion Chopped.
  • ½ cup Cilantro Chopped.
  • 1 medium Jalapeño or green chili Sliced, optional.
  • 2 cups Lettuce or spinach Optional.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Optional.
  • 1 medium Avocado or guacamole Optional.
  • 1 cup Cooked rice Optional.

Instructions
 

Marination

  • Mix marinade ingredients and coat the chicken well. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to soak up the flavors.

Grilling

  • Cook the marinated chicken on a grill until tender and fully cooked.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the Chipotle Ranch Sauce until smooth and creamy.

Burrito Assembly

  • Take a tortilla and fill it with grilled chicken, your choice of toppings, and drizzle the sauce over it. Roll it tightly to hold everything inside.

Notes

Serve with extra ranch sauce on the side for dipping. Pair with tortilla chips, salsa, or fresh guacamole. Adding a side salad can enhance the meal.
