Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour Base ingredient for structure

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs Bind the ingredients and add richness
  • 1 cup Milk Makes the dough tender
  • ½ cup Melted butter Adds fat for moisture

Cinnamon Swirl Mixture

  • 2 tablespoons Ground cinnamon Key flavoring ingredient
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar Used in the swirl

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Mixing and Swirling

  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Spoon half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together, then sprinkle half of this mixture over the batter in the pan.
  • Add the remaining batter on top, followed by the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Use a knife to gently swirl the layers together.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen for longer storage, just ensure it's wrapped properly.
