Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

Cooking

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk for about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the beef, soaked breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until just combined.

  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until browned and the center reaches 160 degrees F.

Notes

Nutrition is an estimate for 1 of 4 servings (about 6 meatballs). Do not overmix, and use plain breadcrumbs so the salt stays under control.
