Ingredients

Pasta and Dressing

  • 12 ounces tri-color pasta
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Other Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1 cup bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 cup lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup lunch meat ham (diced)
  • 1 cup lunch meat turkey (diced)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to allow it to cool completely.
  • Transfer the cooled pasta to a large bowl.
  • Add the cheese, bacon, lettuce, ham, turkey, tomato, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning to the bowl.
  • Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.

Serving

  • When it's time to serve, take the pasta salad out of the fridge and give it a quick stir.
  • It can be served in individual bowls or a large serving dish. Garnish with extra lettuce or tomatoes if you like.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The pasta salad will keep well for up to 3 days. If the pasta seems dry after sitting, you can add a little more mayonnaise or a splash of water to rehydrate it before serving again. Make sure to cook the pasta al dente to hold its shape well. Feel free to swap out the lunch meats for your favorites, add veggies like cucumbers or bell peppers, or use Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
