Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients: coconut flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, eggs, and baking powder.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat for 30 seconds and stir until smooth.
  • Add the eggs to the mixture and mix well.
  • Gradually add coconut flour and baking powder, stirring until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough gently until well combined.
  • Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each into a log shape, connecting the ends to form a bagel.
  • Place the formed bagels on the prepared baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake the bagels in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
