Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • ½ cup granulated sweetener erythritol, monk fruit, or sugar substitute
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter (or oil) with sweetener and vanilla extract.
  • Add eggs and beat until smooth.
  • Sift in cocoa powder, coconut flour, and salt. Stir until well combined. Let the batter sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.
