- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil
- ½ cup granulated sweetener erythritol, monk fruit, or sugar substitute
- 3 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Optional: 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter (or oil) with sweetener and vanilla extract.
Add eggs and beat until smooth.
Sift in cocoa powder, coconut flour, and salt. Stir until well combined. Let the batter sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.
Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
Cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.
