- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup or keto sweetener
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of salt or chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Stir in coconut flour and optional pinch of salt. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
