- 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
- 1 lb baby potatoes halved
- 6 slices bacon chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the bacon grease, add potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cover and cook for another 15–20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender and green beans are cooked to your liking.
Return bacon to the pan, mix everything together, and cook uncovered for another 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
