Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • In the bacon grease, add potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Cover and cook for another 15–20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender and green beans are cooked to your liking.
  • Return bacon to the pan, mix everything together, and cook uncovered for another 2–3 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
