- 1 lb fresh or canned green beans drained if canned
- 1 lb baby red potatoes quartered
- 4 –6 slices bacon chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter optional
- 1 packet 1 oz dry ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
Leave a bit of bacon grease in the pan, then add potatoes. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
Add green beans, ranch seasoning, and olive oil or butter if desired. Stir well to combine.
Cover and cook for another 8–10 minutes, until beans are tender and flavors are combined.
