  • 4 slices Bacon Preferably thick-cut for better flavor
  • 1 lb Green beans Fresh or frozen can be used
  • 1 lb Potatoes Red or baby potatoes recommended
  • 2 tbsp Ranch seasoning Store-bought or homemade

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Clean and trim the green beans, removing tough ends.
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized chunks.
  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the fat in the pan.

Cooking

  • Sauté the potatoes in the bacon fat until they are golden brown and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Add the green beans to the skillet, cooking until they are tender but still crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Return the cooked bacon to the skillet, add ranch seasoning, and toss everything together until well combined. Serve warm.

Notes

This dish can be prepared ahead of time, with components stored separately. For leftovers, reheat in a skillet for best results.
