Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces bowtie pasta uncooked
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded boneless skinless chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1-ounce packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped bacon
  • cups shredded Colby Jack cheese divided
  • Green onions chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Cook Pasta: Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth using an electric hand mixer.
  • Add Liquid: Pour in the half and half and mix until incorporated.
  • Combine Ingredients: Fold in the cooked chicken, cooked pasta, chopped bacon, and 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese.
  • Assemble Casserole: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese.
  • Bake: Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped green onions and additional bacon if desired. Serve warm.
