  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter for cooking
  • Optional: sautéed onions or brown gravy for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  • Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Optional: Add sautéed onions or pour over brown gravy before serving.
