  • 1 French baguette French baguette or crostini Can use store-bought crostini to save time.

Toppings

  • 8 ounces Brie cheese Can substitute with Camembert or goat cheese.
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto
  • ½ cup Cranberry sauce Can use different types of jam.
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze For drizzling before serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Top each slice with a piece of Brie cheese, a slice of prosciutto, and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish with fresh herbs for extra flavor. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container, best when freshly made.
