Pizza Base

  • 1 piece pizza crust You can use store-bought or homemade.

Toppings

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover chicken or turkey for convenience.
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced Can be substituted with goat cheese or cream cheese.
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish Other herbs like basil or oregano can be used.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
  • Layer shredded chicken on top of the cranberry sauce.
  • Arrange Brie slices over the chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  • Add thinly sliced red onion over the cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with fresh thyme or parsley before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve hot and enjoy with a light salad or dipping sauce. Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C). Vegetarian option: Use sautéed mushrooms or spinach instead of chicken.
