  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cooked cranberries

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, onion, garlic, parsley, sage, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

For added moisture, you can include a little chicken broth in the mixture. These stuffing balls pair well with dipping sauces like cranberry sauce, honey mustard, or gravy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
