- 4 –5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 6 strips of quality bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 cans 10.75 oz each cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 box 16 oz dried spiral pasta
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook Bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble; set aside.
Cook Chicken: In the same skillet, cook the chicken pieces seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until golden brown.
Cook Pasta: While the chicken is cooking, boil the spiral pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked chicken, both cans of cream of chicken soup, and 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese to the pasta. Stir until well combined.
Assemble Casserole: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top, followed by the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
