Ingredients
  

Chicken Preparation

  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into cubes Ensure chicken is cooked through for safety, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Cooking Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 2 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Finishing Ingredients

  • 1 pack gnocchi You can use frozen gnocchi; add directly to the skillet without thawing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix together the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
  • Dredge the chicken breasts into the flour and seasoning mixture.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until it’s golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Take the cooked chicken out of the skillet and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until mixed well.
  • Add the sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano, and thyme. Stir well and let it simmer on low heat.
  • Add the package of gnocchi to the skillet, cover it, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the gnocchi are cooked to your liking.
  • Once the gnocchi are tender, add the chicken back to the skillet. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs. Pairs well with garlic bread or a simple salad. To store leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in a skillet.
