Ingredients
  

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Coleslaw Mix

  • 14 ounces tricolor coleslaw mix A mix of green, red, and yellow cabbage.
  • to taste Chopped fresh parsley Optional, for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar. Whisk until incorporated and smooth.
  • Pour the slaw mixture into a large bowl and add ¾ of the dressing on top. Toss to coat and add additional dressing if needed.
  • Season to taste with additional salt, pepper, sugar, and/or vinegar if desired.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes

Creamy coleslaw is best served chilled and pairs well with grilled meats, fried chicken, or sandwiches. It can also be used as a topping for tacos or burgers.
