  • cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic minced or powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until fully cooked and no longer pink. Slice and set aside.

Sauce
