Preparation

  • Start with fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.

Cooking

  • Pour in heavy cream and simmer, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet to soak in the creamy sauce.
