  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry and season them with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sear the chicken thighs for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, paprika, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.

Baking

  • Place the seared chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the cream sauce over them.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
