Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lb pasta (penne, rotini, etc.)
  • ½ cup butter Divided, 2 tbsp for cooking steak and the rest for the sauce.
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat.
  • Add the steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove the steak and set aside.

Cooking the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the heavy cream, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.

Combining Ingredients

  • Toss in the cooked pasta, steak, and mozzarella.
  • Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce coats the pasta.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can marinate the steak in the ranch seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to add vegetables, like spinach or bell peppers, for added nutrition and color. If you prefer a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
