Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cod fillets cut into 4 pieces
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs or gluten-free alternative
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Olive oil spray or cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip cod fillets into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil, place the cod pieces in a single layer.
  • Spray tops of the fish lightly with oil.
  • Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or a side salad.
