Ingredients
  

  • 4 white fish fillets cod, tilapia, or haddock, about 6 oz each
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat fish fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Dredge each fillet in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Lightly spray both sides of the breaded fillets with olive oil.
  • Place fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve with tartar sauce, lemon wedges, or your favorite dipping sauce.
