- 4 white fish fillets cod, tilapia, or haddock, about 6 oz each
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat fish fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Dredge each fillet in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Lightly spray both sides of the breaded fillets with olive oil.
Place fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
