Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the potatoes into rounds.
  • Brush each slice with butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the slices on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and top each slice with shredded cheese, green onions, and bacon bits.
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  • Serve hot with sour cream on the side.

Notes
