  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional) Optional for added nutrition

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • Lower the heat and add minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in cream, stirring continuously.
  • Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped spinach (if using) and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Combine and Serve

  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan, spooning sauce over the top.
  • Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  • Serve hot with pasta, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of cream if the sauce thickens too much. Tips include ensuring the skillet is hot for a crispy crust and not rushing the garlic cooking.
