  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • Lower the heat and add the minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the cream, stirring continuously.
  • Add the Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped spinach (if using) and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Combine and Serve

  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over the top.
  • Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
