Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix together heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, thyme, and oregano.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Stir the sauce before serving to bring it back together if it has separated slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
