- 1 lb beef stew meat or ground beef
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 3 cups mixed vegetables frozen or fresh: carrots, peas, corn, green beans
- 2 potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
