  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Basil pesto (for serving, optional)
  • Marinara (for serving, optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook pasta according to the directions on the package; drain and rinse.
  • Transfer the pasta to a large bowl and toss with olive oil.
  • Stir in ¼ cup of grated cheese, garlic powder, and dried basil; mix until everything is combined.

Cooking (Air Fryer)

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the pasta in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crunchy and golden.

Cooking (Oven)

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the pasta on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping once, until crispy and golden.

Serving

  • Serve your Crunchy Pasta Chips with a side of basil pesto or marinara sauce for dipping.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle a little extra cheese on top.
