  • ½ cup ranch dressing Adjust based on your taste; add more for a creamier texture.
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
  • Add the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.

Notes

Best served fresh. You can enjoy it on its own or as a side dish with grilled chicken or fish. To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator, but it’s best eaten on the same day. Add dressing right before serving for freshness.
