  • 1 cup Quick oats Use gluten-free oats if necessary

Preparation

  • Soak the pitted dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
  • Drain the water from the soaked dates and set aside.

Making the Dough

  • In a food processor, blend the soaked dates, natural peanut butter, and quick oats until a smooth dough forms.
  • If necessary, add rolled oats or almond flour to achieve the right consistency.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Form the dough into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
