Date snickers combine chewy dates, crunchy nuts, and rich chocolate—an easy, no-bake treat that’s naturally sweet and incredibly satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Medjool dates pitted
  • cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips or bar melted

Instructions
 

  • Slice dates lengthwise without cutting all the way through and remove the pits.
  • Fill each date with about a teaspoon of peanut butter.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of the peanut butter in each date.
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler.
  • Dip each stuffed date halfway into the melted chocolate or drizzle over the tops.
  • Place the dates on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
