Date snickers combine chewy dates, crunchy nuts, and rich chocolate—an easy, no-bake treat that’s naturally sweet and incredibly satisfying.

- 10 Medjool dates pitted
- ⅓ cup peanut butter or almond butter
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips or bar melted
Slice dates lengthwise without cutting all the way through and remove the pits.
Fill each date with about a teaspoon of peanut butter.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of the peanut butter in each date.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler.
Dip each stuffed date halfway into the melted chocolate or drizzle over the tops.
Place the dates on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
