- 1 banana sliced
- 3 kiwis peeled and cubed
- 2 cups 500ml a2 Milk® Lactose Free Light
- 1 cup 285g coconut yogurt
- 2 cups 60g fresh spinach
Prepare Frozen Banana Cubes: Blend 1 cup of a2 Milk® with the sliced banana until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
Blend Smoothie: Once the banana-milk cubes are frozen, add them to a blender along with the kiwi cubes, coconut yogurt, remaining 1 cup of a2 Milk®, and fresh spinach. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass. Optionally, garnish with additional kiwi slices. Serve immediately with a thick straw.
