Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces eggs Fresh eggs are recommended for best taste.
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crisp-fried Microwave until crisp fried.
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard Any variety of mustard can be used.
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip No substitutes for the best texture.

Spices and Seasoning

  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • tsp granulated sugar
  • tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp paprika More can be used for garnishing.

Instructions
 

Egg Preparation

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and fill it with cold water.
  • Bring the water to a boil and boil the eggs for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat but keep the eggs in the hot water for at least 15 minutes.
  • Allow the eggs to cool completely.
  • Remove the egg peels.

Filling Preparation

  • Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and place the cooked egg yolks in a bowl.
  • Mash the yolks really well with a fork or potato masher.
  • Break the cooked bacon into very tiny pieces.
  • Add the parsley, granulated sugar, pepper, chives, and mustard to the yolks.
  • Add Miracle Whip. Start with 1 cup and keep adding until the mixture is no longer lumpy, but not runny!

Assembly and Serving

  • Place the eggs in egg trays or any container you plan to serve them in.
  • Fill the eggs with the deviled egg mixture.
  • Sprinkle the tops generously with paprika.
  • Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of hot sauce or more spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
