Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and dry ranch dressing seasoning mix.
  • Mix together using a spatula or hand mixer until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  • Add the chopped dill pickles, chopped deli-style ham, and diced green onion to the bowl.
  • Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are evenly combined and distributed throughout the dip.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra chopped pickles or green onions, if desired.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature alongside crackers, chips, or crisp veggies.

Notes

To store your remaining dip, place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to 3 days. Give it a good stir before serving again. For a lighter version, you can use reduced-fat cream cheese. Adding a squeeze of lemon juice can enhance the flavor.
