For the sandwich

  • 2 pieces glazed donuts, sliced in half horizontally Use fresh, soft donuts for best texture.
  • 4 slices slices of bacon Cook until crispy.
  • 4 slices slices of cheddar cheese Adjust quantity based on preference.
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup For drizzling before serving.

Instructions
 

Cooking Bacon

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, remove the bacon and let it drain on paper towels.

Assembling the Sandwich

  • In the same skillet, place the cut-side up of one half of each donut.
  • On each donut half, layer 2 slices of cheddar cheese, followed by 2 slices of crispy bacon.

Grilling
