  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, combine the refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Stir until well mixed.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese tortellini is tender and the top is slightly golden.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

This casserole can be served as a main dish with a fresh green salad or garlic bread. Consider adding grated Parmesan cheese or chopped parsley for additional flavor.
