- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen berries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or plant-based alternative
- ½ cup spinach optional
- 1 cup almond milk or preferred milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (add honey/maple syrup).
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
