Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or plant-based alternative
  • ½ cup spinach optional
  • 1 cup almond milk or preferred milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (add honey/maple syrup).
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh fruit or seeds on top.
