- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
