  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Add blueberries, banana, spinach, yogurt, and almond milk to a blender.

  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
