- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish optional
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place cod fillets on a lightly greased baking dish or parchment-lined tray.
