Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or cinnamon for flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and sugar until smooth.
  • Pour the batter over the melted butter—do not stir.
  • Sprinkle blackberries evenly over the top of the batter.
