- 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast sliced thinly
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup snow peas or bell peppers
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms optional
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger or 1 tsp fresh grated
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish optional
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add sliced chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked (5–7 minutes).
Add garlic and vegetables. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and pour in the sauce. Toss everything to combine.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
