Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup snow peas or bell peppers
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms optional
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger or 1 tsp fresh grated
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked (5–7 minutes).
  • Add garlic and vegetables. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
  • Add cooked noodles to the skillet and pour in the sauce. Toss everything to combine.
  • Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
