Ingredients
  

  • 2  cans tuna drained
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp celery seeds
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • juice & zest of ½ lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs plus extra for coating
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Drain canned tuna thoroughly.
  • In a bowl, mix tuna with garlic powder, parsley, dill, onion powder, celery seeds, red pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, mayo, eggs, Parmesan, and half the panko.
  • Form mixture into ¼‑cup scoops, flatten into patties. Coat each side with remaining panko.
  • Heat about 1 Tbsp oil per 3–4 patties in a skillet over medium heat. Gently lay patties and fry ~3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels. Serve warm, with lemon wedges or a dipping sauce of choice.
