- 4 mahi mahi fillets about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pat mahi mahi fillets dry and brush both sides with the mixture.
Place fillets on the grill and cook for about 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
Remove when the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
