Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, drained
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cooked pasta or rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  • Add Aromatics: Stir in diced onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • Season & Simmer: Add salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Mix in Starches: Stir in cooked pasta or rice. Mix well and let everything heat through.
  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet until melted (about 2 minutes).
  • Serve & Garnish: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
